Klum recently revealed to People magazine that Halloween is a source of anxiety for her. She expressed her concern about the unpredictable nature of her costumes, as she is unable to rehearse them before the day. Despite that, she remains optimistic and hopes that everything will come together seamlessly.

Reflecting on her future costume choices usually starts the day after Halloween, according to an interview with THR. This is due to a combination of excitement and the necessity of having enough time to create intricate costumes.

As for this year's Halloween extravaganza, Klum has kept the details under wraps. However, she disclosed to Entertainment Tonight that it will be vibrant and larger than life. 2022: The worm

At her annual Halloween party, Klum captivated everyone's attention by transforming into a remarkably lifelike earthworm, with only her eyes visible through the intricately designed worm-suit. Later on, she switched into a bedazzled sheer bodysuit to freely dance on the floor, but maintained her facial prosthesis throughout.

Klums husband Tom Kaulitz accompanied her on the red carpet dressed as a fisherman with a ghoulish twista prosthetic eyeball hanging from his socket.

2019: The skin graft zombie

Klum's eerie 2019 costume took creepiness to another level. She appeared in a full-body bodysuit that resembled a decaying, scarred, and grotesque figure. Parts of her body appeared flayed and her exposed brain seemed to be brought back to life with the help of cables and surgical elements. Accompanied by Kaulitz, Klum arrived as a zombie astronaut, arriving in a biohazard truck.

2018: The ogre

In 2018, Klum and Kaulitz showcased their impeccable costume skills by transforming into animated movie icons Fiona and Shrek. Their costumes were incredibly lifelike, reminiscent of characters straight out of a character parade float at Universal Studios.

2017: The "Thriller" werewolf.

In 2017, Klum paid tribute to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music video by reenacting the werewolf transformation scene featured in the movie-within-a-movie introduction. Klum not only replicated Jackson's outfit with great precision but also utilized prosthetics to ensure her werewolf face mimicked her own expressions. Klum's costume at her party was technically not a costume "on" her, as she chose to dress as herself. However, she added a Halloween twist by bringing along a group of models who appeared as clones. These models wore eerily-accurate prosthetics and matching outfits.

Halloween is commonly associated with "sexy," and in 2015, Klum dressed up as Jessica Rabbit, a renowned sex symbol from Hollywood. 2014: The butterfly

Klum, a former Victoria's Secret Angel, had extensive experience donning wings for the brand's yearly Fashion Show. However, her wings for the 2014 event were truly unique. They were adorned with intricate hand-painted designs, created by skilled artisans who had also worked on the wings for the Victoria's Secret Angels. In addition, Klum sported a striking butterfly look, complete with glowing bug-like eyes. These eyes were powered by batteries cleverly hidden inside the mask, positioned close to her own eyes for a more realistic effect.

2013: The senior citizen

Klum transformed herself into an older version for her Halloween costume, completely altering her appearance with multiple layers of makeup and prosthetics. The elaborate transformation included wrinkles, sagging skin, age spots, and even yellowed teeth. However, she maintained her elegance by wearing a sophisticated tweed twinset, along with a paisley blouse, pearls, and a tan handbag.

She expressed her desire to venture into her future during an interview with Yahoo Entertainment in 2022. She mentioned her aspiration to observe her reflection and envision her appearance in her 80s.

Klum, in 2011, sported a body suit (accompanied by corresponding face paint), which resembled a human body without skin, foreshadowing her futuristic zombie appearance. "We didn't really consider the practicality of using the bathroom," Klum shared with Yahoo Entertainment, referring to the difficulty they encountered while wearing their costumes.

2010: The glam robot

In anticipation of her red and purple costume that turned her into a robot resembling those from "Transformers," Klum shared with People magazine that she spent days practicing walking on stilts in her backyard. Klum expressed her delight at being able to tower over everyone due to her height, although she admitted that after consuming a few drinks, this perception changed.

2006: The Garden of Eden

While Klum was nine months pregnant with her third child, she and her then-husband Seal decided to dress up as the biblical forbidden fruit, with Klum as Eve and Seal as the serpent. However, it was evident that Seal's costume lacked the same level of effort and detail.

2004: The vampire witch

Unlike the legendary incident of Godiva riding naked through Coventry on horseback, Klum opted for a different approach. She wore a white bodysuit adorned with crystal embellishments and completed the look with a flowing blonde wig. Klum mentioned to People magazine that she wanted to showcase something unique and unseen before, hence her choice of Lady Godiva.
