Players can now pursue photography in GTA Online and even reach new heights of transformation. The recent update on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 versions has introduced animals to the game, allowing players to capture them in photos for in-game rewards. Through the new Daily Collectable, Wildlife Photography, players can snap pictures of up to three animals, whether they are domesticated or wild. Completing the challenge by taking one photo unlocks the option to purchase the new Declasse Park Ranger, while taking 10 photos unlocks the vehicle's trade price.
In other animal-related news, Peyote plants can be found in the wilderness, allowing you to transform into animals such as deer or cows when ingested. These plants will only be available for a limited time, as is the case with previous additions of Peyote to GTA Online. In single player, the plant can always be used.
In terms of other game modes and rewards, Lampadati Casco, Enus Deity, and Vapid Ellie can be stolen for Salvage Yard Robberies. Changes have been made to Payphone Hits, with lower payouts for assassinations but a reduced cooldown of 10 minutes between hits. Until January 10, players can also earn 2X GTA$ and RP in Rockstar-created Stunt Races, Junk Energy Time Trials, and HAW Races.
Grand Theft Auto V is set to exit Game Pass by the end of this month. The initial trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI was released ahead of schedule following a leak in December 2023.
For more information, you can find the complete update on Rockstar's official website.
