Kanye West's ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a lawsuit against him. The lawsuit, which was reported by TMZ on Monday, June 3, accuses West of breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment.
Pisciotta was hired by West while he was working on his Yeezy fashion line. She also mentioned that she collaborated with the rapper on three tracks for his album Donda, released in 2021.
Before joining West, Pisciotta was a content creator on OnlyFans, where she said she made $1 million annually. After a year of working with West, he reportedly asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and promised to pay her $1 million per year if she did so. Pisciotta agreed to his request.
After Pisciotta left OnlyFans, she said that West began to sexually harass her through text messages and phone calls.
In one set of messages, West expressed a desire for sexual activities and fantasies involving domination and infidelity.

Pisciotta accused West of masturbating during their phone conversations and asking her if she could hear or guess what he was doing. She also stated that she received explicit texts, phone calls, sexual videos, and photos showing West having sex.
Despite the allegations against West, Pisciotta mentioned that she was promoted to Chief of Staff for his different companies and was earning a $4 million salary. However, she was fired in October 2022. Pisciotta claimed that she accepted a $3 million severance package but has not yet received it.
We have contacted West to get his comment on the situation. Recently, West has been involved in legal issues. Apart from Pisciotta’s accusations, West has been dealing with several lawsuits regarding his school, the Donda Academy, since April 2023. Some teachers have accused the school of having various health and safety violations, which they say West has not addressed.
West's attorney refuted the accusations and requested the lawsuit to be thrown out. In court documents obtained by NBC News in June 2023, attorney Gregory Suhr stated that the claims were false and unfairly portrayed the current staff, students, and parents of Donda Academy who have had positive experiences.
