Kadokawa has released a new promotional video for the anime Sasaki and Peeps on Monday, January 1, 2024. The video introduces the additional cast members for the series, including Hikaru Midorikawa, who is known for his role as Josef, and Gakuto Kajiwara, known as Kai, as well as Daisuke Kishio in the role of Maximillian. Hikaru Midorikawa is renowned for his work as the voice of Garou in One Punch Man and Best Jeanist in My Hero Academia, among other characters. Similarly, Gakuto Kajiwara is recognized for his role as Asta in Black Clover.
The trailer still from Silver Link Studios showcases the primary characters of the Sasaki and Peeps anime, including Pii-chan, Sasaki, Hoshizaki, and others. The video starts with Pii informing Sasaki about his rebirth as a bird after being exiled from another world.
He then bestows upon Sasaki some of his powers and the ability to traverse between worlds. The latest trailer sparks fans' curiosity in the series and highlights the distinctive Isekai world that Sasaki ventures into with his newly acquired power. The brief clip also depicts his encounters with new people and the discovery of a different purpose.

Cast and staff for the anime
The anime Sasaki and Peeps is set to debut on January 5th with a special one-hour premiere on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, AT-X, and BS NTV. For fans residing outside of Japan, the show will be available for streaming on Crunchyroll. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the anime will consist of 12 episodes.

On the flip side, the well-known J-rock group MADKID delivers the opening theme, FLY, for the series, while Aguri Onishi lends her voice to the ending theme song, Aimai Girl.

The anime boasts an impressive cast, including Tomokazu Sugita as Sasaki, Aoi Yuki as Pii-chan (Peeps), Rie Takahashi as Hoshizaki-san, Akari Kito as Otonari-san, Inori Minase as Magical Pink, Miyu Tomita as Elsa, Ryotaro Okiyaku as Akutsu, and Naomi Ozora as Shizuka Futari. Additionally, Hiroaki Yasumoto stars as Viscount Mueller, Jun Fukuyama lends his voice to Prince Adonis, Daisuke Namikawa plays French's role, and Tesso Genda and Mitsuo Iwata voice Sebastian and Marc.

As a hard fan of anime, I am thrilled to hear about the upcoming Sasaki and Peeps anime. The new trailer looks amazing, and I can't wait to see Garou from One Punch Man join the voice cast. Hikaru Midorikawa is a talented voice actor, and I'm sure he'll bring Garou's character to life in a unique way.
