Explosive Feud Erupts: Jax Taylor Accuses Katie Maloney of Mean-Girl Behavior Amidst Brittany Cartwright Drama

Jax Taylor and Katie Maloney are currently in a disagreement, and they have chosen to address their issues publicly. On October 9th, during an event at City Winery in Boston, Taylor, 44, responded to a question regarding Maloney, 37.

“She displays mean behavior towards my wife [Brittany Cartwright], which deeply concerns me,” he expressed in a video shared on Instagram by a fan account called Scandoval Threads. “Not only has she been unresponsive to our attempts to communicate, but they haven’t spoken in a significant amount of time. Despite this, she was involved in our gender reveal event and was even a part of our wedding.”

Taylor further asserted, “At the moment, Katie seems to have an inflated sense of self-importance. She is relying heavily on the popularity and success of Ariana [Madix].”

Later that evening, the fan account reportedly received a message from Maloney, stating, "Brittany hasn't called me, lol. I even saw her during Scheana Shay's birthday celebration, and we got along well. I'm not cruel to her," wrote Maloney.

Upon discovering the circulating screenshots of Maloney's response on social media, Taylor retaliated.

"You're being cruel to my wife for no reason. She has never done anything to harm you, only been a good friend," he commented on the fan account. "That's not true. We need evidence! I can also say things to prove that you've made calls..." Taylor and Cartwright, both 34, who departed from Vanderpump Rules in 2020, initially maintained a positive relationship with their ex-coworkers.

In May 2022, things took a different direction when Taylor and Cartwright decided to skip Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark's wedding in Italy. While Taylor and Cartwright attempted to provide an explanation for their absence, Schroeder, 35, and Clark, 43, remain doubtful about their reasoning. It is noteworthy that Maloney, on the other hand, attended the wedding as the maid of honor. Cartwright disclosed earlier this year that Maloney has not communicated with the couple since the wedding controversy.

Taylor expressed his opinion during a joint appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in March, stating that she is strongly aligned with Stassi. He likened their relationship to that of high school. In the same month, they stated that they were not dismissing the possibility of returning to Vanderpump Rules despite the scandal involving Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss. Bravo subsequently announced a spinoff series featuring Cartwright, Taylor, and Kristen Doute.
