Chrishell Stause's desire for "peace" in season 7 of Selling Sunset may be unrealistic given her position as an agent at the O Group.
In the recently unveiled official trailer on October 12, Marie-Lou Nurk, Jason Oppenheim's girlfriend, hints at the possibility of lingering feelings between Jason, 46, and Chrishell, 42.
Marie-Lou, 25, expresses her belief that there might still be lingering emotions, to which Chrishell dismissively laughs during a confessional. Later, Chrishell tells Marie-Lou, "This conversation is making me lose brain cells."

Chrishell and Jason, both 46 years old, ended their nearly year-long relationship in 2021. Following the breakup, Chrishell found love with musician G-Flip, whom she married in May, shortly after the filming of season 7 concluded. In that same month, Jason and Marie-Lou announced their separation after starting their relationship in July 2022.
In a joint statement on Instagram, the couple expressed their enduring love and concern for each other. However, they acknowledged that the distance between them presented an insurmountable challenge. Despite the separation, they remain close friends, maintaining regular communication and supporting each other. They share mutual wishes for each other's happiness and express gratitude for the support they received throughout their time together.
Marie-Lou appeared multiple times on Selling Sunset before the breakup, and she didn't hold back from throwing shade at Chrishell publicly.
In an Instagram Story, she expressed her fondness for certain cast members. "I have a lot of admiration for some of the members," she wrote, mentioning Mary Fitzgerald, Amanza Smith, Chelsea Lazkani, and the new addition for season 6, Nicole Young. "Mary, in particular, is incredibly sweet. Amanza is both funny and intelligent. Chelsea is also very sharp and has a great sense of humor. I genuinely love them. Nicole is truly kind-hearted and a close friend of mine. As for the others... well, they're alright. But definitely tune in for season 7."
During Thursday’s sneak peek, Chrishell discussed her approach for handling conflict in the office.
Marie-Lou Nurk and Jason Oppenheim from Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic anticipate a potential intensification of conflict, but Marie-Lou later expresses her ultimate desire for peace.
Chrishell also acknowledged her difficulty in establishing boundaries with Jason at work. "I'm currently grappling with finding the right equilibrium between professional and social interactions," she shared with Mary, aged 42. She hinted at a disagreement with Amanza, aged 46, as a result of her distancing herself from her colleagues. "She believed I should have been present. It felt like my friend wasn't being supportive."
The seventh season of Selling Sunset will be available for streaming on Netflix starting Friday, November 3rd.
