Exclusive: Unveiling the Mind-Blowing New Batsuit! Ben Affleck's Batman Raises the Bar in The Flash BTS Shots

Ben Affleck's Batman stuns fans as exclusive behind-the-scenes pictures from The Flash reveal a jaw-dropping, never-before-seen Batsuit Accompanied by director Andy Muschietti, these images leave us eagerly anticipating the epic superhero film

Fans of Ben Affleck's portrayal of Batman have been treated to a plethora of Batsuits throughout the years, including those featured in movies like Batman v Superman, Zack Snyder's Justice League, and now The Flash. Although the latest Batsuit showcased in behind-the-scenes photos for The Flash did not make it into the final cut, fans were still given a glimpse.

Initially, The Flash had planned a different post-credit scene that would have depicted Affleck's Batman reaching out to Barry for assistance from an alternate timeline. However, due to James Gunn's DCU reboot, this ending was replaced with a new post-credit scene featuring Barry Allen and Jason Momoa's Aquaman. Fortunately, fans now have an idea of what the rumored Batman post-credit scene might have looked like, as Affleck's Batman is shown sporting a new and improved Batsuit. This may have even laid the groundwork for a Crisis on Infinite Earths film within the DCEU, confirming that the Snyderverse still exists as its own distinct timeline and was not erased.

The Flash Film News on Twitter has shared exclusive behind-the-scenes images of Affleck's Batman in what appears to be the original post-credit scene for The Flash. This version of the iconic Batsuit bears a striking resemblance to the one he wore in The Flash, but with slight modifications. Notably, for the first time, the suit features a bright silver bat emblem on the chest. Although Affleck briefly dons Batman's blue cape and cowl in The Flash, the highlighted photos suggest that he reverts back to the black cape, and it is reasonable to assume the same for the cowl.

While some fans have criticized the Batsuit in The Flash, there is an undeniable appeal to the combination of the bright silver bat emblem and black cape. These small yet significant tweaks enhance the overall aesthetic of the armor, as the bat emblem now stands out rather than blending in as it did previously. It is worth noting that despite Affleck possibly selling it without the cowl, the improvement to the Batsuit design is evident. Additionally, it is interesting to consider that Affleck would have donned yet another new and improved Batsuit in the canceled Affleck Batman film, which would have continued the story from Zack Snyder's Justice League.

The Flash is now digitally available with special features and deleted scenes. However, it seems that the Batman scene mentioned earlier is not included in these extras. Nevertheless, there is still a possibility that WBD might release it at a later date due to its high demand among a certain portion of the fanbase. Director Muschietti has mentioned the existence of a four-hour cut of The Flash, so a director's cut could potentially include the elements that some fans have been hoping for, like Henry Cavill's Superman in the ending of The Flash and the post-credit scene.
