Exclusive: Justin Timberlake Shocks Jessica Biel During Intense Ab Workout- You Won't Believe Her Reaction!

Jessica Biel is similar to us, except for the times when her husband Justin Timberlake interrupts her at-home workout. The 41-year-old actress recently shared a glimpse of her intense "killer Pilates abs series" routine on Instagram on Sunday, August 6, with a surprise appearance by Timberlake, who is 42.

"Can you guess who's here?" Biel playfully teased in the video, revealing Timberlake's sneakers stepping into the frame. With a tap from Timberlake's toe on her stomach, Biel jokingly claimed to have "abs of steel," all while she continued doing crunches.

Taking a momentary break from her intense workout, Biel addressed the camera, saying, "That was my man." Following Timberlake's departure from the room, the Cruel Summer actress couldn't help but wear a big grin on her face.

"Enjoy yourselves, everyone," she cheekily said, encouraging her followers to give the workout a go. In the video, Biel continuously moved using a med ball while Olivia Rodrigo's song "Vampire" played in the background.

Biel's fitness post is part of her recent efforts to involve fans in her and Timberlake's home life. During the summer, Biel expressed her appreciation for her husband on Father's Day through a heartfelt Instagram tribute.

"Sending a huge shoutout to all the incredible fathers out there today!" she wrote alongside a collection of photos of Timberlake and their two sons, Silas (8) and Phineas (2), in June. "And a special acknowledgment to one particular person who cherishes us just the way we are, regardless of how often we disturb his sports, sleep, peace, or sanity. We adore you and your kind heart beyond words. Wishing you a joyful Father's Day, sweetheart!"

The "SexyBack" vocalist responded in the comment section, saying, "My most precious blessings!!!"

The celebratory post featured a photo of Biel and Timberlake's sons enjoying a TV show together. Another image showed Timberlake playfully tossing Silas into the air at the beach, while a third depicted the musician carrying Phineas in the snow. In a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight, Biel expressed her anxieties about her boys' upcoming teenage years, admitting to feeling "devastatingly nervous."

"It's challenging being a child. I consistently remind my 8-year-old of this," Biel noted in June. "I say, 'Hey, being 8 is tough. I understand.' And then I'll also help him recognize that being 41 is difficult. But he just looks at me like, 'What? You're not important.'"

While Biel has concerns about her sons' futures, she and Timberlake have already demonstrated their ability to overcome any difficulties following a rough patch in their relationship in November 2019. At that time, Timberlake caused a stir when he was seen in New Orleans, seemingly intoxicated and holding hands with his Palmer costar, Alisha Wainwright.

In December 2019, Timberlake issued a public apology to his "incredible wife and family" for subjecting them to an extremely embarrassing situation. Following the resolution of the controversy, the couple made the decision to relocate from Los Angeles to Tennessee and establish a more permanent residence.

"They both have a preference for the rural lifestyle, which is ideal for their sons as it offers ample space and freedom," revealed an insider in August 2021. The source also mentioned that Biel and Timberlake possess a property in Montana. "This change has brought them immense happiness and contentment," they further added. In April 2022, Biel expressed her thoughts on her marital status after a decade of being married.
