Justin Hartley's character, Colter, has been getting into trouble so frequently on Tracker that he now gives his lawyer a heads-up before getting arrested.
In an exclusive clip from the upcoming episode airing on Sunday, March 17, Colter is released from prison with the assistance of Reenie (Fiona Rene).
Colter thanked Reenie for helping him out once more. She teasingly mentioned that he might actually enjoy getting into trouble or having her save him. Colter jokingly admitted that he might like both scenarios. His attorney then inquired about his plan moving forward.
Reenie questioned Colter about the situation where Teddy and Velma asked her to bail him out, but then made her wait for a couple of hours because he hadn't been arrested yet.

Colter Shaw and Fiona Rene star in the show 'Tracker,' with Justin Hartley playing Colter Shaw and Fiona Rene playing Reenie Greene. In the latest episode, Colter explains the importance of spending time alone with the other players before they were all arrested. He wanted to determine if any of them were the mystery witness.
Colter noticed a woman at the police station who caught his attention. He decided to approach her and ask for assistance.
He clarified that he was not a police officer and had only been able to leave because of his excellent lawyer. Colter mentioned that he believed the woman could help him as she might be a witness to a murder.
Fans of the show Tracker know that Colter is dedicated to his cases, even if he goes about solving them in his own unique way. The show, which first aired in February, features Hartley, 47, as a survivalist who assists individuals and law enforcement across the country in solving different mysteries. Throughout the series, viewers uncover more about Colter's background and how it has influenced his current persona as a solitary figure who tends to keep to himself.

Justin Hartley, known for his role as Colter Shaw on 'Tracker,' is also an executive producer on the show. In a recent interview, Hartley shared his dedication to the role, including the physically-demanding scenes.
I do whatever production allows me to do. There are some things that I can't do because of insurance, which I totally get. I have an amazing stuntman named Jordan, and our stunt coordinator is great. They make sure the stunts are safe for me to do," he explained to The Hollywood Reporter recently.
Hartley added, "I do most of the stunts because they make sure they're safe for me. It's better for the audience to see the actor's face. Sometimes I wake up a bit sore after throwing myself into walls a few times, but it's worth it. A sore back for a couple of days is no big deal."
Tracker airs on CBS Sundays at 9 p.m. ET. New episodes will stream the next day on Paramount+.
