Andy Cohen is currently providing live coverage of the 2023 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and he has some concerns about the Snoopy balloon appearing lackluster.
"Sorry, Snoopy, but it looks like you're dragging a bit on the street. I'm not sure what's going on here," the 55-year-old host of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen mentioned on Instagram Stories on Thursday, November 23. "You need to catch some more wind. You seem a bit deflated."
Cohen and his 4-year-old son, Ben, watched the parade as the Diary of a Wimpy Kid cartoon character balloon made its way down the New York City streets. "The Wimpy Kid has a weak hand," Cohen remarked. "It looks a little deflated. We're a bit concerned about this."
Cohen asked Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie to investigate the situation with the balloons that they could see from their location.
"We're not sure about what's going on with those balloons," stated the Real Housewives producer. "I'm counting on Hoda and Savannah to get to the bottom of this."
Other viewers at home also expressed their concerns about the condition of the balloons, with some taking to X (formerly Twitter) to poke fun at Snoopy. One person jokingly wrote, "Snoopy looks a little worse for wear after Thanksgiving Eve."

Another viewer tweeted, “Snoopy? more like Droopy.”
One fan observed that Snoopy's hat was slipping down over his eyes, commenting "Snoopy can't see!!!!"
"Seriously, what's up with the balloons this year? Greg Heffley's limp hand, and Snoopy's droopy hat 🫠 #MacysThanksgivingDayParade," another person tweeted.
A fifth viewer commented on the semi-deflated balloons at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, calling it "a whole mood." Other viewers were also upset, with one person questioning if their tax dollars were being used for deflated balloons and using the hashtag #deflategate.
Some social media users speculated about the underwhelming balloons, with one viewer suggesting "It must be windy in NYC, all the balloons are semi deflated. #macysthanksgivingdayparade."
Meanwhile, Cohen took to Instagram to express admiration for the Blue Heeler puppy balloon, noting that it had a bit more life in it.
