Erica Herman Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations and Withdraws Appeal in Tiger Woods Case

Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend Erica Herman withdraws appeal, refuting sexual harassment claims against the renowned golfer, and decides to uphold the non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

Tiger Woods' former girlfriend, Erica Herman, has withdrawn her appeal to invalidate a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and has also refuted the sexual harassment accusations made against the golfer.

In a lawsuit filed in May, Woods was alleged to have engaged in a sexual relationship with Herman during her employment at his restaurant, The Woods Jupiter, in South Florida. It was further claimed that he coerced her into signing the NDA under the threat of termination from her position.

In a recent court filing obtained by CNN, Hermans attorney stated that imposing different work conditions on an employee due to their sexual relationship constitutes sexual harassment.

According to new court documents filed in Floridas Fourth District Court of Appeal on November 10, Herman has officially requested to withdraw her appeal seeking to void an NDA which mandated "confidential arbitration" for any disputes between her and Woods.

Erica Herman maintains in the court document that she never experienced any instances of sexual harassment or sexual abuse from Tiger Woods or his representatives. She further clarifies that she never made any claims regarding such matters. CNN has contacted Woods' agent and legal team for their response, as well as reached out to Herman's representatives for their input.

In July, Herman withdrew a lawsuit that had been filed in October 2022. The lawsuit claimed that a trust owned by the 47-year-old golfer had violated the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act by breaking an oral tenancy agreement. According to court filings and previous CNN reporting, the lawsuit sought damages exceeding $30,000,000.
