Episode 1 recap
In episode 1 of The Demon Prince of Momochi House, the story starts with Himari Momochi walking through a forest, discussing her origins. She is on her way to an abandoned mansion left to her by her late parents for her 16th birthday. As she tries to enter the property, a sudden explosion of dust occurs and a naked boy is revealed standing in the newly created hole in the house.
Two more men joined in, pinning the boy down and referring to him as Aoi. Himari then introduced herself to the men, who introduced themselves as Aoi Nanamori, Yukari Mizuchi, and Ise Shojo. However, they quickly asked her to leave, labeling her as an outsider. Himari recalled rumors about the house being haunted and attempted to show them her parents' will as proof of her ownership, but they dismissed it as a scam.
Himari attempted different tasks to establish her ownership of the house, but was unable to do so. She later discovered the truth about the yokai's presence in the house and was ultimately compelled to leave. While fleeing, she encountered a malevolent yokai in the nearby woods. The episode concluded with Himari witnessing Aoi's true form, being rescued by him, and being accepted into Momochi house.
What to expect (speculative)
After introductions, episode 2 of The Demon Prince of Momochi House is expected to focus on Himari adjusting to her new life in the house. This may involve her getting to know her "roommates" better, and the upcoming episode may show her spending one-on-one time with each of them.
Additionally, episode 2 should introduce more malevolent yokai, shedding light on Aoi and his companions' responsibilities in the house. The episode may also uncover secrets about Himari, providing insight into why her parents left her the house in their will.

Editor's P/S
As a Gen Z fan, I'm eagerly anticipating the release of episode 2 of The Demon Prince of Momochi House. The first episode left me intrigued and wanting more, and I can't wait to see how the story unfolds. I'm particularly interested in learning more about the characters and their relationships with each other. I also hope to see more of the yokai and their powers. The animation and music in the first episode were top-notch, and I'm confident that the second episode will be just as good, if not better.
Overall, I'm very excited about this anime and I think it has the potential to be a huge hit. I would definitely recommend it to other Gen Z fans who are looking for a new and exciting anime to watch.
