Fortnite fans are eagerly anticipating a potential new in-game concert following the launch of Travis Scott's latest album, Utopia. Tim Sweeney, the CEO of Epic Games, has acknowledged the possibility of Travis Scott returning to Fortnite in the future. The developers of the renowned battle royale game consistently introduce numerous celebrities and pop culture elements, such as Futurama, to Fortnite. However, Travis Scott remains one of the few skins that has been removed from the game after initially being featured.

Travis Scott, a well-known musician, was among the first real-world celebrities to have a skin in Fortnite, which was not surprising considering his popularity. At the time, Scott was heavily involved in various major brand deals, such as McDonald's and Reese's Puffs. However, this changed after the tragic event at the Astroworld Festival in 2021, leading to Epic Games deciding to remove Scott's skin from the Fortnite item shop due to the controversy. Nevertheless, Tim Sweeney, the CEO of Epic Games, seems to have shifted his stance when recently asked about Scott's potential return to the game. In a tweet, Sweeney expressed that Travis Scott is welcome in Fortnite, although he clarified that he is not aware of the specific brands or celebrities that may be involved in future collaborations and when they may occur. It is worth noting that Travis Scott's removal from the Fortnite item shop remains a rare occurrence, as very few skins have faced the same fate.

Popular songwriter Travis Scott, known for hit tracks like "Goosebumps" featuring Kendrick Lamar and "Sicko Mode" featuring Drake, recently unveiled his newest album, Utopia, on July 28th. Following the success of his previous album, Astroworld, which gained global attention through a virtual concert on Fortnite, fans are now curious about the potential collaboration between Scott and Epic Games for another in-game concert showcasing his latest collection of songs. However, Travis Scott's soaring career faced a setback with the unfortunate tragedy at the Astroworld Festival in 2021. Despite initial blame being placed on the artist for the overcrowding that led to the deaths of 10 attendees and the injury of many others, a Texas grand jury cleared Scott of any wrongdoing in June 2023.

Fortnite is available on Mobile, PC, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
