Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin Seal Their Love with Forever

Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin recently announced their engagement, after being together for five years. However, it was revealed that the proposal had taken place several months prior. Palvin shared an Instagram post featuring a photo from their joint V Magazine cover shoot, with the caption “With the power invested in V I am a Sprouse to be ‍️.”

The couple posed in front of a grand wedding cake, dressed as bride and groom in a photo that confirmed their engagement. Although the Suite Life of Zack & Cody star, Sprouse, 30, did share a sneak peek of their photo shoot on social media, he revealed that he had actually proposed to his partner in September 2022. Sprouse explained that they didn't feel obligated to disclose this aspect of their engagement to the public, and that their goal with the photo shoot was to playfully explore the concept of private versus public and perception in collaboration with Stephen and the V team.

The Victoria’s Secret model agreed with her partner, adding, “I knew we were building this story up. So, I’m very happy that we ended up doing it our way.”

Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse have been a couple since June 2018, and rumors of an engagement were fueled in March when Palvin was seen wearing a diamond ring on her left hand at the Mammoth Film Festival.

Palvin referred to Sprouse as her "lover" and discussed their shared love of photography. The couple also talked about their favorite date spots in New York City, including a rooftop bar where they enjoyed drinks and the view. Overall, the interview gave fans a glimpse into the couple's relationship and their mutual admiration for each other's talents.

The author of the Sun Eater comic book shared that marriage symbolizes a commitment to loving his partner unconditionally and being their lifelong companion. However, his nerves arise when it comes to their first dance, as he admits to his brother that he's worried about performing a choreographed routine. When his brother jokes about his dance skills, the author admits that he's not confident in his ability to dance and is anxious about remembering the steps.

Palvin, the former Elle Spain cover girl, expressed to her soon-to-be brother-in-law that she is not nervous about her upcoming wedding. However, she admitted that the engagement had caused her some stress. While Dylan had seven months to prepare for the proposal, Palvin had to make a major decision on the spot. Despite knowing that she wanted to marry him since they started dating, Palvin recognized that it was still a significant choice.

The couple kept their upcoming wedding plans under wraps, but Palvin did disclose that the ceremony would be held in Hungary. She jokingly added that it was inevitable as her parents would not have accepted anything less.
