In the concluding episode of Season 1 of Oshi no Ko, anticipation runs high. In anticipation of their inaugural show, B-Komachi, a buzz begins to fill the festival grounds as various attendees gather to witness their upcoming performance. Amongst the crowd, a staff member, once a devoted fan of Ai and the original B-Komachi, stands out. As the fans assemble, Kana observes the choice of glow stick colors: Red for Ruby, Yellow for MEM-cho, and White for Kana herself. However, as the performance commences, Kana notices a conspicuous absence of white glow sticks amidst the sea of reds and yellows, causing her confidence to waver once again. Sensing Kana's discouragement, Ruby steps in to uplift her spirits, emphasizing the importance of wearing a smile for the enthusiastic audience.
However, Ruby's attempt at encouragement has the exact opposite effect. Kana becomes envious of Ruby's natural star power, and believes Ruby has all the qualities of a top-tier idol. Loneliness once again grips her heart as she longs for someone to desire her. It is then that Aqua captures her attention by waving a white glow stick. Instantly, Aqua starts dancing, gripping glow sticks for all three girls, a sight that surprisingly uplifts Kana. Feeling that Aqua holding all three colors is akin to not favoring any one of them, Kana asserts that she will not give up until she becomes Aqua's favorite, as long as she remains an idol.

During their ride home, Kana inquires about Aqua's thoughts on their performance. Aqua responds with a positive remark, expressing confidence in their ability to deliver even more impressive concerts in the future. Sensing an opportunity for reconciliation, Miyako probes Aqua about his association with Akane.
