Bulma is no fighter, but she is one of the smartest people on Earth in Dragon Ball. She's known for her radical gadgets like the Dragon Radar, Saiyan Battle Armor, and Super Dragon Radar. In a physical showdown, Chi-Chi would be too powerful. Bulma can't compete physically, and her defeat would be nearly certain.
