Bethenny Frankel thinks it's possible to stay slim without giving up junk food. In a video posted on Instagram on March 7, the 53-year-old reality TV star shared how she keeps her figure in shape while still indulging in her favorite treats.
"I stay thin by being mindful of my food choices," she shared. "If I know I'm going to a place with tempting treats like doughnuts or hotdogs, I might skip the meal before to balance it out. But I never skip eating altogether because then I'll end up overeating there. It's all about having a light day."
She emphasized the importance of portion control, saying, "I make sure not to indulge in all the doughnuts, hotdogs, or pizza. Instead, I focus on tasting everything without overeating."
Frankel shared that she avoids overeating when it comes to satisfying her hunger. She mentioned that she doesn't like to binge or eat until she feels full because the sensation is uncomfortable for her. Frankel emphasized that she believes in not eating until one feels full to maintain a comfortable state. Additionally, she mentioned that she is a slow eater and makes sure to chew her food thoroughly.

Now, I focus on moderation. I believe in finding a balance in life. I value sleep, enjoying life, indulging in french fries and a drink, and most importantly, not stressing out. The more you stress, the worse it is for you. With age, you learn that living a carefree lifestyle is more beneficial.
