Diana Jenkins has reached a settlement with the anonymous blogger behind the Crazy Days and Nights website. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 50, has filed a request to dismiss the lawsuit on Tuesday, June 27. "I filed a lawsuit against Enty Lawyer last year," Jenkins stated via Instagram. "The purpose of the lawsuit was to have him remove false and damaging claims made against me. I am pleased to announce that this week, Enty Lawyer has removed all accusations from his blog, social media platforms, and podcast."

Jenkins expressed his commitment to combating misinformation and online bullying, acknowledging the arduous and costly nature of the process. He firmly believes that no one should suffer from false attacks on their reputation online and emphasizes the real-life impact of published words. Moving forward, he eagerly anticipates leaving this distressing period behind him. In November 2022, Jenkins initiated legal action against the pseudonymous writer known as Enty Lawyer, citing a string of blind items and social media posts that falsely implicated him as a sex trafficker associated with the deceased Jeffrey Epstein.

Earlier this month, Enty Lawyer issued a statement on the CDAN blog and Instagram, retracting the previous allegations.

"In the past, I have made various statements about Diana Jenkins. However, I recently took down all of these statements from my website, social media, and Patreon," stated the message on Friday, June 23. "The reason for doing so is that some of these statements might have contained or suggested untrue information. I want to make it clear that Diana is not associated with any illegal or immoral activities, and I no longer hold the belief that she ever was. I deeply regret contributing to this false narrative, and I would like to apologize to Diana and her family for the harm caused by my statements."

Jenkins filed a lawsuit to uncover the true identity of Enty Lawyer, who has been blogging on CDAN since 2006. Recently, the writer claimed in court documents that they have a constitutional right to remain anonymous, stating that the pen name serves as a shield against threats and harassment.

In January, Jenkins made public her decision to leave RHOBH after only one season. The former reality star, who is currently pregnant with her second child with fiancé Asher Monroe, mentioned that her departure is partly due to her "high-risk" pregnancy.

Due to doctor's orders, I am currently on bed rest, which prevents me from fully participating in the filming of the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I would like to express my gratitude to Bravo and Evolution for their understanding and support in allowing me to prioritize my pregnancy. Rest assured, I will continue to share my fertility journey with you. In November 2020, Jenkins and Monroe happily welcomed their daughter Eliyanah, who joins their family with Jenkins' two previous children, son Innis (23) and daughter Eneya (20), from her previous marriage to Roger Jenkins.
