Dean McDermott: Exploring a New Chapter in his Love Life?

In the latest issue of We, it is revealed that Dean McDermott and Lilly Calo's relationship took a romantic turn while they were working on a project together. According to an insider, it became evident that things were over between McDermott and Tori Spelling, leading to the development of a new relationship. Another source adds that McDermott, 56, and Spelling, 50, are currently separated, giving him the freedom to date whomever he chooses.

McDermott and Spelling have endured numerous challenges throughout their 17-year marriage, and despite their recent separation, an insider informs Us that "only time will reveal if they will eventually file for an official divorce."

Dean McDermott maintains a close relationship with Calo while still maintaining communication with his ex-wife, Tori Spelling, regarding their children. McDermott and Spelling share sons Liam (16), Finn (11), and Beau (6), as well as daughters Stella (15) and Hattie (12). McDermott also has a son named Jack (24) from his previous marriage to Mary Jo Eustace.

The second source reveals that the estranged couple is open to collaborating in the future. They express interest in potentially doing a reality show, as they both enjoy the spotlight and believe there is valuable footage from their recent separation that could be included. This suggests that a new series is a possibility for McDermott and Spelling.

Despite previously denying any problems in his marriage with Spelling, McDermott created speculation in June when he appeared to announce their separation on social media. However, he later removed the post, leaving many confused about the situation.

In the now deleted message, he wrote, "With great sadness and a heavy heart, after 18 years together and raising 5 wonderful children, @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways and embark on new journeys individually." McDermott accompanied the announcement with nostalgic pictures from their time together as a couple. He added, "We will remain committed co-parents, guiding and loving our children through this challenging period."

The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and McDermott did not publicly acknowledge the separation announcement, but a source revealed to Us in June that they were "not divorcing" and "have been stronger than ever."

However, McDermott appeared to validate the end of their relationship earlier this month when he was seen holding hands with Calo outside the Department of Social Services’ West Valley office in Chatsworth, California, on October 10. One week later, McDermott was captured kissing Calo as he dropped her off at Los Angeles International Airport.

According to an exclusive source, it was revealed on October 19 that Spelling and McDermott are on the verge of getting a divorce. The source explained that the pictures of McDermott with another woman deeply upset Spelling as it was seen as disrespectful towards her. Furthermore, the source mentioned that McDermott has not been as involved with the family since their separation. On the other hand, Spelling, who is known for her role in Troop Beverly Hills, has become disinterested in McDermott's behavior and is now focusing on herself and her own well-being. It was concluded by the source that Spelling is ready to move on from her relationship with McDermott.
