David Beckham supported his wife, Victoria Beckham, after her birthday party by giving her a piggyback ride as they left the celebration on Saturday, April 20. David, aged 48, looked sharp in a bow tie and suspenders paired with a white shirt and black pants. Victoria, aged 50, looked stunning in a sheer mint-colored dress, heels, and shades, holding onto David's chest while wearing his black jacket over her shoulders.
While entering the festivities, Victoria was using crutches due to a foot injury she suffered at the gym in February. David later mentioned it was a "clean break."
During the night, David shared a peek of the star-studded party, which featured a Spice Girls reunion. In a video posted on Instagram, Victoria and her fellow Spice Girls - Mel B, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton, and Geri Halliwell - danced to their hit song "Stop" from 1997.
David jokingly captioned the video as he played cameraman before joining in on the song.
At the event, all four of David and Victoria’s children joined the Spice Girls on stage. The couple, who got married in July 1999, have four kids together: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12. Brooklyn’s wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, couldn’t make it but sent her regards from a distance.

David took the time to write a heartfelt birthday message for Victoria, along with a video montage featuring the Bee Gees song "More Than A Woman" from Saturday Night Fever.
In his message, he expressed his love and admiration for his wife, highlighting her accomplishments as a businesswoman, Posh Spice, and her role as a mother to their children. David emphasized how much they all love and appreciate her, wishing her a special day filled with love and happiness on her 50th birthday.
The clip showed David's voiceover urging honesty, taken from their Netflix documentary "Beckham". This followed Victoria's claim on the show about her working-class upbringing. A childhood photo of Victoria standing in front of her father's Rolls Royce was also included.
In the documentary series, David questioned Victoria about the car her father used to drive her to school. Victoria responded, "Well, in the 1980s, my dad had a Rolls Royce."
