Crystal Hefner is strongly denying the allegations made by Holly Madison regarding her marriage to the late Hugh Hefner.
On a recent episode of her podcast “Girls Next Level,” Holly, 44, claimed that Crystal, 38, left Hugh shortly before their 2011 wedding because she was not satisfied with the prenuptial agreement.
Crystal, who later reconciled with Hugh and married him on New Year's Eve in 2012, denied the allegation in a statement to We.
“This isn’t even true,” Crystal expressed. “When I came back I signed the exact same thing. I don’t know how she can credibly comment on something she wasn’t around for and has no idea about. I wish she would stop picking on me.”
At the time of the breakup, Crystal wrote on her blog that she made the decision to end the engagement, noting that she maintained “the utmost respect for Hef.”

Hugh confirmed the news, writing on Twitter at the time: “The wedding is off. Crystal has had a change of heart.”
Years after their relationship ended, Holly, who dated Hugh from 2001 to 2008, shared her perspective on the situation. During a conversation with Hugh's son Marston Hefner on a podcast, Holly mentioned that there was more to the story than what was previously known.
According to Holly, she heard that the reason behind the split was due to issues with the prenup. She explained that Hugh had offered to give his ex-wife $2 million in his will, but she felt that it was not enough. She believed that the amount was insufficient to buy a house and expressed feeling taken advantage of.
The former Girls Next Door star continued, “They got in a huge fight over it. [Hugh] said, ‘I didn’t know I was marrying a gold digger.’”

Holly clarified that her claims were based on information from trusted individuals who were close to Crystal during that period.
Holly mentioned that she heard Crystal was requesting $5,000 a week for allowance during her time there. She added that it's okay to ask for that amount if both parties agree, but it's evident that this is how she funds her real estate ventures.
Holly also disagreed with Crystal's statement that she did not financially benefit from her marriage to Hefner, which continued until his passing in 2017 at the age of 91.
Holly argued that Crystal is pretending she never received any money from him and is portraying herself as a successful girlboss making $7,000 a day DJing, magically turning it into a real estate empire.
During the podcast conversation, Marston, 34, referred to Crystal as a "master manipulator" and expressed his disapproval of her alleged lack of honesty regarding benefiting from his late father. He mentioned that he does not have an issue with her making money from the situation.
“Be transparent about it,” he said. “There’s nothing to be ashamed about building an empire from my father who’s helping you out and you build it yourself.”
Editor's P/S:
The allegations and denials surrounding Crystal Hefner and Holly Madison's perspectives on Crystal's marriage to Hugh Hefner highlight the complexities of relationships and the differing interpretations of events. Crystal vehemently denies leaving Hugh over prenuptial issues, while Holly maintains that she has knowledge of such a dispute. The lack of a clear consensus underscores the subjective nature of individual experiences and the difficulty in determining the absolute truth.
Moreover, the discussion raises questions about the financial dynamics within the Hefner family and the perceived roles of the women involved. Holly's assertion that Crystal benefited financially from her marriage to Hugh, despite Crystal's claims to the contrary, adds another layer of complexity to the situation. The differing perspectives of Crystal and Holly, as well as Marston Hefner's comments, shed light on the ongoing debate about women's financial independence and their relationships with wealthy men.
