During the recent episode of Bachelor in Paradise, the cast witnessed an unexpected event on the beach - however, it wasn't the arrival of a human child. Sam Jeffries, a member of Bachelor Nation, encountered a distressing health issue that led to her having to give birth to what can be described as a "poo baby."
During the airing of BiP on Thursday, Sam, the former Bachelor star, reacted to the beach conversation about her stomach by sharing a meme on her Instagram Story. The meme depicted Modern Family's Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) eagerly waiting for her "poo baby" to make its arrival at the perfect moment.
Sam then posted a picture of herself embracing a real baby, while holding a balloon shaped like a poop emoji.

However, on a more serious note, Sam thanked fellow BiP contestant Aaron Schwartzman for being so supportive during her debacle.
"We adore a man who provides support," she wrote as the caption for a selfie featuring the duo.
Aaron, a contestant from Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette, expressed his concern for Sam's health and went out of his way to assist her with using the restroom. His attempt involved delivering a platter of food, known as a "poo-poo platter," which was aimed at facilitating intestinal movement.
Aaron, a 34-year-old firefighter, jokingly referred to his baby as "our poo baby" during his on-camera interview. Bartender Wells Adams humorously compared the situation to Cinderella.
"He jokingly compared it to a big dookie instead of a glass slipper," he quipped.
Wells, 39, shared in an interview with Entertainment Weekly published on Thursday that the poop problem Sam was experiencing in Paradise was quite different from the usual ones. "Sam is understandably embarrassed by the situation, as anyone would be, but Aaron didn't seem bothered by it. Instead, he transformed the embarrassing moment into a sweet little side date," Wells said. "In a relationship, all one wants is to feel loved and accepted without judgment, and Aaron excelled at providing that."

While Wells appears to have a different perspective on Paradise stomach problems, there was a former contestant who could relate to Sam's pain, albeit discreetly. Jade Roper Tolbert disclosed a "peculiar fact" about her experience on BiP back in 2016.
"I went without using the restroom in Paradise for a period of 10 days," Jade shared on her Instagram Story last Thursday. "I can empathize with her situation. However, they did not send an emergency medical technician for me, instead constantly urging me to consume coconut water... but honestly, I'm relieved because I wouldn't have wanted it to be a significant highlight of the episode."
You can catch Bachelor in Paradise on ABC every Thursday at 9 p.m. ET.
