A new patch has been released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, and the most significant change is the temporary removal of the "evil Groot" skin from the game. Players have long complained that the Gaia skin, also known as "evil Groot" due to its resemblance to the Marvel character, provided an unfair advantage on the battlefield due to its low visibility. The Gaia and Gaia BlackCell operator skins have been removed, with the developers working on improving the visibility of the Gaia skin. It is currently unknown when the Gaia skin will make a return.
The Gaia skin has been temporarily removed. It originally debuted with 2022's Modern Warfare II and underwent adjustments to improve visibility. Another round of adjustments is now happening after players complained about it in Modern Warfare III.
In addition to this change, the November 30 update also fixes a bug that allowed players to appear as if they were in the prone animation while sprinting. It also adjusts spawns on the map Rust so that players no longer spawn in the eyeline of an enemy. Furthermore, progression-tracking has been improved for a number of challenges, and the Notifications tray will now properly display daily challenge progression.

Editor's P/S
As a Gen Z fan, I am excited about the new Modern Warfare 3 patch. The removal of the controversial Groot skin is a positive change, as it will level the playing field for all players. I am also looking forward to the new multiplayer maps and the next Warzone map. The addition of Timothee Chalamet is also an interesting twist, and I am curious to see how he will fit into the game.
Overall, I think this update is a step in the right direction for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. It addresses some of the biggest complaints from players and adds new content to keep the game fresh. I am excited to see what the future holds for these games.
