Before marrying David Woolley, Sister Wives star Christine Brown had a heartwarming moment with her ex-husband Kody Brown when he sent her a Valentine's Day text wishing her and David well. Christine reciprocated the goodwill, expressing hope that Kody and his new wife Robyn had a fantastic day as well.
Christine went public with her relationship with Woolley in February and later announced their engagement. They got married in a 350-person wedding in Utah on October 7. Kody and Robyn did not attend the ceremony, but Janelle Brown was there to support the couple.
Christine was spiritually married to Kody until November 2021. She was the first of the Sister Wives stars to announce her separation from Kody. Kody's legal marriage with Meri Brown in 1990 ended in divorce, and they entered a spiritual union in 2014 so he could legally marry Robyn Brown and adopt her children. His spiritual marriage with Janelle began in 1993, but Kody split from both Meri and Janelle in 2022.
When Christine moved on from Kody with Woolley, she hoped things were “going to be OK” between him and her ex.

“They’ve met each other in person a couple of times too,” Christine told Us on Monday. “It worked out to be all right.”
Christine expressed that she is not concerned about the future interactions of the men. "I believe everything will be fine because we are all adults and we are all responsible," she said. "We have all raised our kids together, so it will work out because it has to."

Meeting him felt like finding a stress-free, easygoing companion," she beamed. "He's laid-back, fun, and we just go with the flow. He's incredibly romantic in every way. It's unbelievable." After Christine ended her relationship with Kody, she began to truly understand what she was looking for in a new romantic partner.
