Despite initially proposing to Irina Solomonova sight unseen, Zack had sparked an immediate connection with both Bliss and Irina while in the Love Is Blind pods in March 2023. Despite Bliss declaring her interest and even baking him a surprise birthday treat, Zack ultimately chose to propose to Irina.
Bliss was heartbroken after leaving the experiment in Seattle when Zack and the Solo owner pursued their relationship in person. Their engagement was called off after less than a week together.
In an exclusive interview with We in March 2023, Zack admitted, "I made a mistake not choosing Bliss [in the first place]. I knew that when I ended things [with Irina] and was dealing with that. I wanted to tell [producers] to bring [Bliss] back and that I had made the wrong choice, but I knew I had to live with the decision."
When Zack returned home from the cast’s Mexico trip, he reunited with Bliss and proposed. They wed in May 2022.

She decorated his side of the pod with balloons, confetti, and homemade cupcakes with candles. However, Bliss' decorations caused a conflict with Irina after she forgot the significance of the date.
Zack had strong feelings for both Bliss and Irina, and their rivalry over his birthday celebrations heightened his emotions. Bliss and Irina later expressed their grievances with each other to Zack, leaving him conflicted about choosing a side.

"Meeting the family days were the best part of filming. Their support meant everything to us and I'm incredibly grateful," Bliss shared on Instagram in April 2023. "Family is everything and I feel fortunate to have had them by my side."

Zack and Bliss both agreed to spend their lives together at the wedding ceremony and officially became husband and wife. The Love Is Blind season 4 finale was named “Eternal Bliss?,” a title that the groom mentioned in an Instagram post following the episode's release.

During the live reunion, the couple happily confirmed that they are married. "We both had a clear understanding of what we wanted to say when we got up there," Zack told Us. "So I wasn't worried at all. It was intense, but we had talked a lot about whether this was the right decision. So we both felt confident moving into the wedding."

The couple shared in the After The Altar special that they were thrilled to be married. In the first episode, they hinted at the possibility of having children in the future after Zack mentioned he was getting shots to begin the process. Bliss clarified that they were allergy shots to bring their "fur babies" back home after temporarily rehoming their pets with a family member. She also mentioned that they have plenty of time to consider starting a family.

November 2023
The couple revealed that they are anticipating their first child. "It's both nerve-racking and incredibly beautiful," Bliss told People. "Babies are miracles and blessings, and we have been so open about sharing our journey and relationship with the world. This is our next big, beautiful adventure. I'm truly happy and I hope it brings joy to others. It has already brought us so much joy."
Zack expressed his hope that their child will grow up to "live a happy life and bring happiness and joy into the world."
The couple also discussed whether they intended to share their season of Love Is Blind with their child. "We do think about how our child will one day have to explain to their friends how their parents met, and they will definitely have a very unique story to tell," Bliss revealed. "I think it's really special that they will be able to see how it all began."
