Channing Tatum playfully teased his soon-to-be father-in-law, Lenny Kravitz, about his recent attention-grabbing post on social media.
Kravitz, aged 59, took to Instagram on Friday, March 15, to share a photo of himself standing shirtless outdoors, captioned with "Standing in love and gratitude."
One day after the upload, Tatum, who is 43 years old, was surprised when he saw the post on his feed.
In a comment on Instagram on Saturday, March 16, Tatum wrote, "Oh my goodness, Lenny! You're going to cause some chaos on this platform with that post. Haha."
Lenny Kravitz's post had Magic Mike star feeling a bit anxious about the reaction, but his other fans were fully supportive. Kelly Rowland chimed in with a comment about hitting the gym, while Vanessa Williams simply said, "Day yum Lenny!"
The musician is the father of actress Zoë Kravitz, who is currently engaged to Tatum. (They were first linked in 2021, getting engaged two years later in late 2023.)

Lenny Kravitz, as seen on his Instagram page, had nothing but praise for his future son-in-law, Channing, when speaking to People in January. Lenny expressed his fondness for Channing, mentioning that they share a special connection and put in the effort to make their relationship work. Lenny finds it beautiful to witness their dedication to each other.
He shared, "I remember a valuable lesson from my grandmother when I was young. She told me, 'It's not just about loving your grandfather, it's about being dedicated to him.' Because love may not always be enough, right? So, what do you do then? You need dedication, something deeper than love. And I can see that in them. It's heartwarming to welcome him into the family."
Tatum and Zoë, aged 35, showed their support for Lenny by attending his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in Los Angeles on Tuesday, March 12.
Zoë expressed her admiration for her father, Lenny Kravitz, during her speech. She mentioned that being his daughter has been a wonderful journey for her. Growing up together since he was young when she was born, they have shared many experiences and witnessed many things. She humorously remarked on his dedication to his art and his unique fashion sense, joking that according to him, a shirt must expose his nipples to be considered a shirt.
Lenny shares Zoë with his ex-wife, Lisa Bonet. They have remained amicable coparents through the years after their 1993 divorce.
