Robyn Dixon and Gizelle Bryant discuss Chris Bassett's alleged affair on their podcast, despite evidence suggesting it didn't happen.
Dixon critiques Bassett by bringing up her own husband's past conduct, despite the lack of connection between the two situations.
In response, Candiace Dillard tweets sarcastically, suggesting that Dixon and Bryant are more concerned with superficial conflicts rather than addressing their own personal challenges.
Robyn Dixon is discussing Chris Bassett on her podcast with Gizelle Bryant instead of addressing the issues in her own relationship with Juan Dixon. Candiace and Chris are currently facing rumors of infidelity in their marriage, with a woman coming forward claiming to have had an affair with Chris. However, fans of The Real Housewives of Potomac have investigated and discovered that the images the woman allegedly had of herself and Chris do not match Chris' tattoos. Despite this, Dixon and Bryant remain skeptical of the rumors' validity.
During their podcast Reasonably Shady, Dixon mentions her own husband's questionable behavior before shifting the focus onto Chris. Dixon states, "I understand that people may ask for more evidence, but I have seen enough to believe that something inappropriate happened." She warns listeners to be cautious when involving themselves in others' drama, as they may find themselves caught up in similar situations. This is likely a reference to Candiace's strong reaction when it was revealed in Season 7 that Dixon had kept Juan's cheating scandal hidden, while also fueling speculations of Chris' inappropriate behavior with other women.
Bryant then exclaimed, "Yep! Hello! And if your friends ever try to disclose information about your spouse, it would be wise to pay attention." Bryant alleged that Chris made her feel uneasy during the previous season when he requested a private conversation in a hotel room.

Dillard's response to the episode is a brief tweet posted on her public account, where she mocks her co-stars' romantic failures. "Lol. While you should be searching for a fire extinguisher to put out your dumpster fire(s), you're futilely attempting to make fetch happen by rubbing wet sticks together. The people of God have grown weary." This tweet appears to have been revised, as a previous tweet that referenced Bryant allegedly hiring boyfriends for the show and mentioned Juan's consistent infidelity has been removed.
Bryant has faced allegations of deliberately adding men to the show for dramatic purposes. Unfortunately, none of her previous relationships have managed to stand the test of time. In the upcoming season, viewers will witness her blossoming love story with a fellow Bravo cast member.
