Cameron Diaz is dispelling the "crazy" rumors about her ongoing feud with Jamie Foxx on the set of Back In Action.

"I really despise all the things that were said about our set at the time... You just want to shout at the top of your lungs, like, 'What are you talking about?'" Diaz, 51, said on a Tuesday, December 19, episode of Molly Sims' "Lipstick on the Rim" podcast.

The actress claimed she had heard gossip that Foxx, aged 56, was causing trouble and that she would never make another movie because of him. Back in Action was Diaz's comeback to acting after a break to focus on her family and launch her Avaline wine company in 2014. Diaz emphasized that everyone adored Foxx and he was the enthusiastic cheerleader on set.

Diaz was clearly bothered by the rumors, but Foxx remained unfazed. "When I see and hear people trying to take another person down like that... [Jamie is] so classy. He's like, 'Nope. Just let them [talk],'" Diaz shared, expressing her anger at the situation.

This wasn't the first time Diaz and Foxx appeared in a movie together. They co-starred in 1999's Any Given Sunday and the 2014 film adaptation of Annie.

Jamie Foxx received high praise from Diaz, who gushed about their time on set together. "We have so much fun on the set with him, and he’s just a professional on every level," Diaz said. "Jamie is the best. I love that guy so much. He’s such a special person and he’s so talented, so much fun."

Diaz admitted that there were some minor issues during production, but emphasized that they were typical and didn't cause any significant delays. She referred to Foxx's health scare at the end of filming, stating that it was not her place to discuss. Foxx's daughter publicly announced that he had been hospitalized in Atlanta in early April due to an undisclosed illness. He was discharged in May and later addressed the ordeal on Instagram, telling fans that he had a difficult time but ultimately recovered.
