Breathtaking Father's Day Tributes: Andrew Shue's Sons & Amy Robach's Daughters Unite in Heartfelt Homage to Their Beloved Dads

Amy Robach's daughters' Father's Day tributes have caught attention as their stepfather, Andrew Shue, was noticeably absent from the messages. Robach's eldest daughter, Ava, shared a childhood photo of her and her biological father, Tim McIntosh, apple picking on Instagram Stories. Annalise also posted a throwback picture with McIntosh. Interestingly, both Ava and Annalise chose not to publicly acknowledge their mother's second husband in their social media posts.

Shue’s sons also shared their own photos of their father, who is 56 years old. Nate, the actor's eldest son, posted a recent picture of the two of them at a baseball game, as well as an old photo. Meanwhile, Wyatt, Shue's other son, took to his Instagram Stories to share a black-and-white picture of him as a child with his dad.

The 50-year-old former ABC journalist became a mother when she gave birth to her daughters during her marriage to McIntosh, which lasted from 1996 to 2008. On the other hand, Shue has three sons named Nate, Aidan, and Wyatt from his previous marriage to Jennifer Hageney.

Robach and Shue got married in 2010 and before their separation, they frequently talked about their blended family. Shue shared in an exclusive interview with We in 2017 that they make it a point to have dinner together at least five nights a week and spend one-on-one time with each child. This simple practice has significantly impacted their relationships, and they find it incredibly rewarding.

Shue commended Robach for raising determined daughters and expressed his admiration for their spirited nature. He shared an anecdote about his first meeting with Ava, where she challenged him to a race, highlighting the dynamic and energetic nature of their interactions. In response to the scandal, Shue deleted all references to his estranged wife from his Instagram account and has refrained from publicly addressing the situation. It was later confirmed that Shue and Robach are currently going through a divorce.

Robach's children have publicly shared moments of them enjoying quality time with their stepfather and his children, amidst the public controversy. In April, the group came together, excluding Robach, to attend a Bruce Springsteen concert in New York.

According to a source, Robach continues to maintain a relationship with her stepchildren even after her separation from Shue. They still communicate, and Robach hopes they will still consider her as their stepmother and be there for them. The insider added that she is also trying to work things out with seeing Andrew's kids, as she has been their stepmother for a long time. Despite Andrew's emotional difficulty, his sons still keep in touch and communicate with Robach.

ABC announced in January that Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes would be leaving the network. The decision came after discussions about various options, and both parties agreed that it was in their best interest to part ways. ABC acknowledged the talent and dedication of Robach and Holmes, expressing gratitude for their contributions throughout the years.

Robach, who is currently dating Holmes, has since been replaced by Eva Pilgrim. Meanwhile, Holmes’ position has been taken over by DeMarco Morgan.
