Jeremy Allen White will be required to undergo alcohol testing five times a week as part of his joint custody agreement with his estranged wife, Addison Timlin. Court documents reveal that both White and Timlin, who are both 32 years old, came to the mutual decision that joint custody was their desired arrangement. This agreement went into effect on October 2nd, with White having successfully passed all alcohol tests since August. When caring for their daughters, Ezer (4) and Dolores (2), White will continue to be subjected to regular alcohol testing.
If White tests positive for drugs or fails to comply with the conditions of his custody agreement, his visitation time will be suspended until further actions are decided, according to the documents. In the event that his test indicates alcohol presence, White will undergo another test after 15 minutes to verify the initial result. This second test aims to determine whether the positive outcome was caused by the consumption of an alcoholic beverage or accidental exposure to substances like mouthwash.
Aside from the drug testing requirement, White has also committed to attending individual therapy sessions once a week and a minimum of two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings every week.
Us confirmed in May that Timlin had filed for divorce from White after being married for over three years. Following the public announcement of their separation, Timlin shared her experiences of single-handedly raising her two young daughters.

"Being a single mom is nothing like what I imagined. It is incredibly challenging. It involves being completely overwhelmed, covered in mess, crying on the floor, screaming silently while getting kicked in the shins," Timlin expressed on Instagram, accompanied by some throwback pictures of herself with her two children. "It goes against the natural order of things. It can be exhausting, but above all, it is incredibly lonely. When something magical happens, and you have to remind yourself 'don't forget this,' because there's no one there to witness it with you."
After the post, observant social media users noticed that Timlin had modified her caption to refer to herself as a "co-parent" instead of a "single mom." Since then, Timlin and White have been seen supporting each other at their children's soccer matches and even embracing in photographs.
"They are dedicated to being caring co-parents," a source exclusively revealed to Us in August, clarifying the misinterpretation of the photos featuring Timlin and White at their daughter's soccer game.
