Kekkei Touta, a highly rare and advanced form of jutsu, surpasses the capabilities of Kekkei Genkai. Kekkei Genkai refers to a genetic abnormality that grants a user unique techniques. It occurs when a user develops a distinct chakra release by combining two different chakra releases. In contrast, Kekkei Touta harnesses the power of three chakra natures.

The only known instance of Kekkei Touta, known as Dust Release, involves the fusion of earth, wind, and fire chakra natures. This exceptional jutsu was first discovered by Lord Mu, the Second Tsuchikage, making him the inaugural Kekkei Touta user. Later, he passed down this technique to Onoki, who became the second and final shinobi to possess this extraordinary ability.

However, one fan theory suggests that Boruto might have become the third Kekkei Touta user all while creating his own Kekkei Touta ability.

Contrary to Naruto Uzumaki, his son exhibited extraordinary talent as a shinobi right from the start. Even at a tender age, he showcased command over various chakra natures, specifically Wind, Lightning, and Water. What's more, he effortlessly wielded these diverse chakra natures simultaneously during combat, without encountering any adverse repercussions or challenges.

If fans remember, the protagonist's initial Rasengan was truly a remarkable jutsu. He unconsciously infused his Lightning Chakra nature into the Rasengan, resulting in the notorious Vanishing Rasengan. Therefore, considering the protagonist's adeptness in blending chakras and inventing novel jutsu, it would not be surprising if Uzuhiko's Rasengan is eventually unveiled as a Kekkei Touta ability.

When observing the panel where Boruto uses his jutsu, there is no visible manifestation of ninjutsu surrounding his arm. Despite initiating the jutsu with his right arm, the effects extend to the entirety of the protagonist's body. This absence of previously displayed ninjutsu suggests that the Rasengan Uzuhiko possesses unique qualities, potentially indicating it to be a Kekkei Touta ability.

Furthermore, there is significant reasoning behind this hypothesis, potentially indicated by the manga's title itself, which includes the phrase "Two Blue Vortex." A vortex is defined as a swirling mass of fluid or air, often associated with whirlpools or whirlwinds. It is worth noting that whirlpools and whirlwinds typically occur during storms, involving the elements of wind, water, and lightning.

This unique technique holds the potential to transform the young protagonist into a destructive vortex, capable of obliterating his adversaries. Furthermore, the inclusion of the numeral "two" in the jutsu's name may imply that Boruto possesses another similar technique within his arsenal. Consequently, Boruto's Rasengan Uzuhiko presents itself as a formidable Kekkei Touta ability.
