Since the beginning of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, fans have eagerly anticipated Sasuke Uchiha's involvement. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 4 sees the return of Kashin Koji
Ever since Boruto used Toads in the previous chapter of the manga, fans were convinced that the protagonist may have gotten himself affiliated with Mount Myoboku.
Given the information mentioned above, fans were convinced that Boruto may have encountered the Jiraiya clone, Kashin Koji, who was the only character capable of introducing him to the Toads. However, the spoilers for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 4 have confirmed fan theories, revealing that Kashin Koji has indeed become Boruto's new teacher in the absence of Sasuke.
Kashin Koji, as seen in the Boruto anime (Image via Studio Pierrot), welcomed Boruto when he arrived at his hideout after fleeing from the Ten Tails' location. At the same time, Sasuke Uchiha was transformed into a tree, presumably as a result of being bitten by Claw Grime. It is possible that Boruto encountered and potentially formed a friendship with Kashin Koji.
Kashin Koji potentially becoming Boruto's mentor could be a nostalgic moment for Naruto fans who fondly remember Jiraiya's guidance of Naruto in the past. Regrettably, Jiraiya, one of the legendary Sannin, met his demise at the hands of his disciple, Nagato. Ever since then, fans have held onto the hope of witnessing a reunion between the former teacher and student.

Although it didn't occur, manga author Masashi Kishimoto appears to have acknowledged the fans' requests. This may explain why he potentially introduced Kashin Koji, a clone of Jiraiya, to recreate the mentor-student dynamic for the new generation in Boruto.
As seen in the series, Kashin Koji successfully teleported himself away once he realized he was on the verge of defeat. He has been absent from the manga for over three years. Thankfully, he is set to make his comeback in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 4 and could possibly have a more permanent presence.

Kashin Koji, a clone of Jiraiya devised by Amado to vanquish Jigen, presumably aims to overpower Code. Given Code's allegiance to Jigen and his unwavering dedication to fulfilling his mission, Kashin Koji, a cyborg engineered specifically to conquer Jigen, naturally seeks to also vanquish his loyal acolyte.
Editor's P/S
As a Boruto fan, I am thrilled about the latest developments in the Two Blue Vortex chapter 4. The return of Kashin Koji and his unexpected assistance to Boruto has added a new layer of intrigue to the story. It's exciting to see Boruto forming new alliances and finding support from unexpected sources.
The potential mentor-student dynamic between Kashin Koji and Boruto is particularly intriguing. Jiraiya was a beloved character in the Naruto series, and his relationship with Naruto was one of the most memorable aspects of the story. Seeing a similar dynamic play out between Kashin Koji and Boruto could be a nostalgic treat for fans and add depth to Boruto's character development.
Overall, I'm eagerly looking forward to the upcoming chapter and can't wait to see how these new developments will shape the story.
