The Great British Bake Off's Prue Leith had a delightful surprise when Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds unexpectedly appeared on set. According to Leith, both Lively and Reynolds are big fans of the show and were excited to find out that they were filming in the same studio lot where Reynolds was working on Deadpool.
Leith, who judges the culinary series with Paul Hollywood, pointed out that Lively, 36, and Reynolds, 47, violated the show's crucial rule by unexpectedly showing up.
"Everyone is prohibited from entering the tent without permission," she clarified. "No unknown individuals are allowed in the tent, without a doubt, that's rule number one. I mean, even if my husband walked in without prior consent, he would be promptly escorted out."

The author of The Prue: My All-Time Favourite Recipes cookbook revealed that the crew made a special exception for the It Ends With Us actress and her husband during their visit to the famous dessert tent in the U.K. in June. According to their social media accounts, the couple received a warm welcome and all filming was temporarily halted so that everyone could chat with them. Since they were present for an extended period of time, they became quite friendly and frequented the tent often.
The interaction within the tent also led to a partnership between Lively and Hollywood, 57. They joined forces for a commercial promoting her Betty Buzz Betty Booze collection during the recent summer. Leith humorously expressed her disappointment, saying, "I would have done anything just to do a commercial with Ryan. And yet, he ended up doing one with Blake."
In June, Paul Hollywood teased his close connection with Blake Lively by posting a photo of her during her visit to England. Showing her seated in the cake corner, he playfully mentioned how she had taken Prue's seat and welcomed her with the hashtags #legendinthetent and #getbaking.
Reynolds took to social media to share a post with Hollywood and Leith, describing it as a blissful and genuine embrace. Lively, on the other hand, shared her advertisement for Betty Booze, where she featured the Great American Baking Show judge. In August, she expressed her excitement about getting into Hollywood and celebrated her birthday with the release of the clip. However, she was disappointed as she didn't receive the coveted Paul Hollywood handshake, even though she attempted to greet him.
Lively's talent for baking has been showcased yet again with her surprise on the set of the Great British Bake Off. The actress from The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants frequently shares photos on Instagram of her impressive culinary creations. One notable dish she shared was a loaf of bread in the shape of Reynolds' beloved Marvel character, Deadpool, back in March.
