According to Sky in Germany, Bayern Munich remains committed to securing the signing of Harry Kane from Tottenham. It has been reported that Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, a member of Bayern's board, is spearheading the efforts to acquire the 29-year-old striker, who is currently in the last year of his contract with Spurs.
Bayern is reportedly attempting to ascertain whether Tottenham is willing to sell Kane this summer. Meanwhile, the German champions are eager to submit another offer. However, Tottenham firmly maintains that Kane is not available for transfer, and the club will not entertain any bids for the English captain.
The club asserts that they have not received any initial bid for Kane, despite reports in Europe suggesting otherwise. Sky in Germany also states that Bayern believes Kane prefers to join them over any other club, if given the opportunity to leave this summer.
Bayern is interested in acquiring Kane through a free transfer once his contract with Spurs comes to an end in 2024. In February, Kane achieved Tottenham's all-time goalscoring record by scoring the winning goal against Manchester City.

However, the circumstances have changed now with only one year left on Kane's contract. We are aware that Daniel Levy consistently prioritizes financially responsible decisions for Tottenham. I find it hard to envision him allowing Kane to let his contract expire into the following year.
