Jennifer Lopez, 54, revealed in a recent interview with Vogue that her marriage to Ben Affleck, 51, has brought about a profound transformation in her beauty mindset. According to Lopez, Affleck has played a significant role in helping her recognize her self-worth and understand her value. As a result, she feels a newfound sense of relaxation and comfort, which has only enhanced her perceived beauty, surpassing any previous experiences with other partners.
"I have reached a stage in my life where I wholeheartedly embrace every aspect of myself without hesitation," remarked Lopez. Just days before their scheduled September 2003 wedding ceremony, the couple decided to call off their nuptials and subsequently revealed their separation in January 2004.
The duo reunited in April 2021 after more than a decade apart. According to an insider, they have always had a deep love for each other. Following their breakups from Ana de Armas and Alex Rodriguez, the couple had a heartfelt conversation that reignited their connection. A year later, in April 2022, Lopez announced her engagement to Affleck. They eventually got married at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas three months later.
The couple's first ceremony was described as "fun and casual" by an insider. However, in August 2022, they decided to exchange vows for a second time at Affleck's Georgia residence. Following their Vegas wedding, they embarked on a second honeymoon to Lake Como, Italy, after a visit to Paris.
According to an insider, the couple's families have integrated effortlessly since the wedding.
Lopez shares twins Emme and Max, 15, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Affleck coparents three children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 17, Seraphina 14, and Samuel, 11.
