They compete for a grand prize of 1 million British Pounds (approximately $1,228,620). Cox portrays The Controller, the mastermind behind the challenges, responsible for selecting destinations and missions for the paired contestants.

Cox revealed to Jimmy Fallon that he had always fantasized about being a James Bond villain. He believed it would be a fascinating experience and was convinced that the opportunity had finally arrived. However, reality proved otherwise. Prime Video is scheduled to release all eight episodes of 007: Road to a Million on November 10.
