The 30-year-old singer, known for her song "Positions," made an appearance at the initial preview of the revived Broadway musical Spamalot. The musical stars Slater, aged 31, who portrays both The Historian and Prince Herbert. On October 31, Grande was seen exiting the theater wearing a paper crown from Spamalot and holding the show's Playbill. In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Grande could be observed navigating through fans attempting to capture photos of her while she crossed the street.
"I apologize, my love, but I don't want anyone to get hurt," the pop star expressed to a fan, while she carried on with her walk.
Grande attended Slater's show a week after the couple had a cherished evening at the MO Lounge in New York City's Mandarin Oriental hotel. In snapshots acquired by TMZ, the duo appeared inseparable, unable to keep their hands off each other.
According to an exclusive source, the romance between Grande and Slater was relatively new in July. It is worth noting that both actors had recently ended previous relationships before starting to date.
Although news of Grande's separation from her ex-husband Dalton Gomez only made headlines in July, the same source informed us that they had actually decided to split in January. Last month, both Gomez (28) and Grande filed for divorce, and their separation was officially finalized on October 6.
Slater, on the other hand, initiated divorce proceedings with his estranged wife Lilly Jay in July. The pair, who had been high school sweethearts, got married in 2018 and had a son in 2022.
Despite the ongoing divorce proceedings between Slater and Jay, his relationship with Grande continues to flourish. Just recently, a reliable source exclusively revealed to Us that Grande and Slater, who met while working on the upcoming film adaptation of the musical Wicked, are currently residing together in New York City.
"Ethan has officially announced to his friends and soon-to-be ex-wife about his decision to live with Ariana permanently in New York," revealed a source. "They share a deep happiness and complement each other well. Everyone in Ariana's circle adores him."
Grande has remained tight-lipped regarding her relationship with Slater and her separation from Gomez. This is not expected to change anytime soon, as per court documents obtained by Us earlier this month. The prenuptial agreement between Grande and Gomez, who married in 2021, prohibits them from conducting interviews or publishing any written works about their marriage.
Grande and Gomez had conflicts regarding specific aspects of their prenuptial agreement, as mentioned in the documents. However, they managed to find a resolution and come to a mutual agreement to resolve their disagreements. In the divorce settlement, as an outcome, Grande consented to providing Gomez with a tax-free amount of $1,250,000 and 50% of the net profits from selling their residence in Los Angeles.
