Apex Legends Prepare for Epic Battle in New 30v30 LTM

Apex Legends' Uprising Collection Event unleashes an unprecedented 30v30 LTM, pitting players against Revenant's formidable army This thrilling limited-time mode promises non-stop action throughout the year!

The recent release of the final episode of the Apex Legends animated web series, Kill Code, revealed that an army of Revenant clones are on the loose. However, the story is far from over as developer Respawn Entertainment announced the Uprising Collection Event, which will expand on the aftermath of the explosive final episode. The event will introduce a new 30v30 limited-time mode, a mysterious playable "cinematic event," and a Prestige Skin for Loba, offering players plenty of new content to enjoy.

The Uprising Collection Event will start on December 5 and will feature a new set of 24 premium cosmetic items. Players who unlock all the items will earn access to Loba's new Apex Lycanthrope Prestige Skin. What sets this event apart is the promise of a cinematic experience for players who join within the first hour of the event, introducing them to the final battle of Kill Code. This suggests that the legends of Apex are no longer playing a game--they are going to war.

The upcoming war will be fought through the new Revenant Uprising LTM, a 30v30 mode that lets players pick a side in the conflict. They can join the good guys and play as one of the game's legends, or they can align with Revenant and his army of clones unleashed in the final episode of Kill Code. Those on the legend squad must survive and reach the Evac Point, while Revenant's Army must do everything in their power to prevent their escape. Revenant's Army will be under the control of a player as the Red-Eyed Revenant, who spawns with high-tier loot. When legend squads are wiped out, they will respawn as members of Revenant's Army, putting the remaining legends at a disadvantage.

The in-game cinematic experience will only be available on December 5 from 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET. Players will also have access to multiple weekly free reward tracks due to the event's duration, instead of just one, and it remains unknown what it will entail, so this is an event that Apex lorehounds won't want to miss.

Starting the second week of the event, the Revenant Uprising LTM will only be accessible during weekends, and Respawn's latest blog post indicates that it may only be playable for one hour at a time, though this likely applies to the "cinematic experience" mentioned earlier and not the game mode itself. Nevertheless, Respawn has provided the availability schedule for the new LTM as follows:

December 5 - 11: 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET

December 15 - 18: 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET

December 22 - 25: 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET

The Revenant Uprising Collection Event is scheduled to take place from December 29 to January 1, running from 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET to 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET. It appears that this event may replace the traditional Winter Express LTM, but there is a possibility that Winter Express will still be available on weekdays and Revenant Uprising will take its place on weekends. However, what is definite is that Revenant will not be on the Nice List this year.

The Uprising Collection Event begins on Tuesday, December 5 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET and ends on January 1 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.

Editor's P/S

As a Gen Z fan, I am thrilled about the upcoming Apex Legends Uprising Collection Event. The promise of a 30v30 LTM is particularly exciting, as it will offer a new and unique way to experience the game. I am also intrigued by the mysterious "cinematic event" that will be available to players who join within the first hour of the event. This suggests that the story of Apex Legends is about to take a major turn, and I can't wait to see what happens next.

Overall, I think the Uprising Collection Event is a great way to keep players engaged with Apex Legends. The new LTM, cinematic event, and Prestige Skin for Loba all offer something new and exciting for players to experience. I can't wait to jump into the action when the event goes live on December 5th!
