Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes were seen running together in Manhattan on June 14th, showcasing their commitment to fitness as a couple. Robach donned a red athletic tank top and black shorts while Holmes coordinated in an all-white athletic outfit.
According to a TikTok video shared via the GMA3 official account in March 2022, TV broadcasters Robach and Spencer have been regularly running together since early 2021. Robach shared a tip for those looking to stay motivated during their workouts - train with friends. By setting a specific time to meet up and work out with a friend, it becomes a social and enjoyable activity. Having a run buddy can make all the difference in feeling excited and not alone during a tough workout.
Holmes responded, "I've been training with you and following your lead. You set the pace, so I don't have to worry about it. Would that make me the one following the pace?" Together, they have participated in multiple half and full marathons throughout New York, including the TCS New York City Marathon in February 2022 and the RBC Brooklyn Half Marathon last month.
Robach and Holmes were first linked romantically in November 2022, when photos surfaced of them cozying up together. At the time, both were married to other people, with Robach sharing two daughters with ex-husband Tim McIntosh and Holmes being father to three sons with ex-wife Jennifer Hageney.
