One instance of this curiosity is Lovato sharing her experience of watching the 2020 documentary "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind" on the "Wild Ride! with Steve-O" podcast in April of that same year. The film delves into the concept of extraterrestrial civilizations and their potential for contact with humanity.
Lovato explained that the initial experience would be similar to witnessing a UFO. The subsequent stage would involve discovering some form of evidence. Following that, there would be an interaction with the alien entity. The fourth stage entails being taken aboard their craft through abduction. Finally, the fifth stage entails initiating contact with aliens on our part. "I may sound crazy at the moment," Lovato admitted.
As for DeLonge, he has been a firm believer in aliens and UFOs for a long time. In February 2015, the Blink-182 musician disclosed that he had read 200 books on extraterrestrials.
"I have no interest in perusing UFO reports or engaging in conversations with extraterrestrial beings," he stated in an interview with Paper magazine. "I have moved beyond that phase. It's utterly absurd for anyone to assert that there is no existence of life beyond our planet."

Demi Lovato, Gigi Hadid and More Celebrities Who Believe in Aliens
Humans have questioned the existence of life on other planets for centuries — including celebrities such as Demi Lovato, Tom DeLonge and Gigi Hadid.
In April of that year, Lovato discussed their experience of watching the documentary "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind" on the "Wild Ride! with Steve-O" podcast. The documentary delves into the idea of extraterrestrial civilizations and their potential for communication with humans.
According to Lovato, the first level of encounter involves witnessing a UFO, followed by some form of tangible evidence. The third level entails direct interaction with an alien being, while the fourth level involves being taken aboard a spacecraft. Finally, the fifth level describes contact initiated by humans with aliens. Lovato acknowledged that their description might sound unconventional.
DeLonge, on the other hand, has been a firm believer in the existence of aliens and UFOs for a long time. In February 2015, the musician from Blink-182 disclosed that he has immersed himself in 200 books on extraterrestrial beings.
"I don't dedicate my time to studying UFO reports or engaging in conversations with fictional green creatures," he explained to Paper magazine back then. "I've moved beyond that stage. If anyone dares to claim that there is no life beyond our planet, it's a statement that lacks intellect. It's simply preposterous."

Goldberg acknowledged in July 2023 that she had prior knowledge of the existence of aliens, even before a congressional hearing on UFOs and claims of the U.S. government recovering extraterrestrial remains.
"I can't quite grasp why everyone else is so taken aback. We are not alone in this vast universe; that much is certain," Goldberg stated during an episode of The View. "There are countless mysteries in both the heavens and the Earth that surpass our limited understanding, and as inhabitants of this planet, it is our responsibility to remain cognizant of this fact. The presence of extraterrestrial life is inevitable and has, indeed, already occurred. Thankfully, we have managed to navigate through these encounters thus far."
The actress from The Ghost emphasized that the presence of aliens, if true, does not imply any threat to humanity. "Having lived for 67 years, I can attest that I haven't witnessed any alarming incidents or encountered the cinematic portrayals often associated with aliens," Goldberg conveyed. "Perhaps they are not adversaries after all," she added optimistically. In response to the question of whether she thinks aliens exist alongside us, Goldberg confidently affirmed, "Yes, I believe they do."
