Ali Fedotowsky is back online after taking a short break. In a video posted on Instagram on Saturday, May 25, the 39-year-old shared her excitement about returning to social media. She mentioned that she had been off social media for a while and expressed her eagerness to share something she had just done. Fedotowsky also talked about the mix of emotions she was feeling.

She continued to express, "Honestly, I don't quite feel like myself mentally because of it. I promise to share as soon as I can, but I just can't right now."

The former Bachelorette added that it feels good to interact with her followers again and she is looking forward to sharing everything when she is able to.

Fedotowsky had been away from home — she lives in Nashville with husband Kevin Manno and their two kids — since May 16.

Ali Manno (Fedotowsky) shared a post on her Instagram account. In the post, she wrote about saying goodbye to her husband, Kevin Manno, and their son, Riley. She also posted a screenshot of a FaceTime call with them. She mentioned that she will be away from her phone for a while, and this will be the longest time she has gone without speaking to her family.

Fedotowsky, who has a 7-year-old daughter Molly with her husband, also left a sweet message for Manno.

"Thank you for taking care of everything and being there for me @kevinmanno," she said. "But don't get too comfortable with the house being so tidy while I'm away. I'll be back to make a mess before you know it. Love you!!!"

Several fans have speculated that Ali Fedotowsky is away filming a reality show like Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. Fellow Bachelor Nation member Ashley Iaconetti also thinks that Trista Sutter, who has been away recently, may be doing a similar project.

On her “Almost Famous” podcast, Iaconetti mentioned that Fedotowsky and Sutter are both away for two weeks. She wonders if Fedotowsky is shooting a show or participating in Special Forces, as she believes Fedotowsky would be perfect for it.

Trista's husband, Ryan Sutter, expressed concern about her whereabouts in his Mother's Day tribute by mentioning how much he misses her. However, he has reassured everyone that she is doing well.

In a statement on May 18, Ryan, 49, provided an update by saying, "Trista is perfectly fine. We are both doing well and everything is great. Trista is currently in a phase of her life where she is exploring and seeking new opportunities." He explained that she has the support of her family as she embarks on this journey, which has led her to temporarily be out of reach.
