Selling the OC's Alexandra Jarvis has officially left the Oppenheim Group.

Oppenheim Group cofounder Jason Oppenheim shared, "I don't want to speak for Jarvis, but she decided to do what's best for her, and I have a lot of respect for that. We're still on good terms."

Jarvis, 33, was recently mentioned by The Daily Mail for leaving the real estate company.

There have been several changes in the cast of Selling the OC, a spinoff of the Netflix show Selling Sunset, over the past few months.

In November 2023, Sean Palmieri announced his departure from the Oppenheim Group. He explained to Entertainment Tonight that the company's culture was not the right fit for him. However, he expressed excitement for the future as he became a partner with a successful team led by Steve Games at Coldwell Banker West.

Tyler Stanaland also shared his decision to leave the Oppenheim Group. He revealed to We that he would be joining his father and brother at Douglas Elliman. Stanaland mentioned his anticipation to work with a brand that has a strong presence in the market and a network of experienced agents and industry leaders. He expressed his excitement for this new chapter and the opportunity to work alongside his family once again.

After being cast on Selling the OC season 1, fans started to speculate about the relationship between Stanaland and his costar Alex Hall. Despite being married to Brittany Snow at the time, Stanaland and Snow announced their separation in September 2022.

Months later, Snow, who is 38 years old, filed for divorce in January 2023. The divorce was finalized in July of the same year after reaching a settlement. Since then, fans of Selling the OC have been closely observing the interactions between Hall and Stanaland. The second season of the series even ended with the two sharing a kiss.

In the trailer for Selling the OC season 3, the central focus appears to be on the relationship between Stanaland and Hall. Their romance takes a rocky turn as they engage in several heated discussions.

In one scene, Hall expresses his frustration by saying, "You swooned me and then you f—king disappeared," during a conversation with Stanaland. He then questions, "What do you want?"

Selling the OC season 3 can be streamed on Netflix starting on Friday, May 3.
