Al Pacino and girlfriend Noor Alfallah have come to an agreement regarding child support, however, the recently disclosed paperwork reveals more than just a substantial monthly sum.

According to court documents obtained on Friday, November 3rd, it was revealed that Pacino, who is 83 years old, does not have life insurance. This means that he is unable to select beneficiaries in the event of his death.

As part of their agreement, Alfallah, aged 29, will receive an initial sum of $110,000 from Pacino for the care of their 4-month-old son, Roman. In addition, she will receive a monthly "base" child support payment of $30,000. Depending on Pacino's annual income, he could also have to pay an extra $90,000 by the end of the year.

Pacino will make an initial payment of $110,000, which will be split into two installments. The first half must be paid within 10 days of the judgment being executed. The remaining $55,000 will be paid after Alfallah provides a signed lease agreement for a new residence for herself and Roman. Alfallah must show reasonable evidence of her move to the new home, and the money can be used to assist her with the relocation.

Additionally, Pacino will deposit $15,000 each year into a fund for Roman's education. He will also be responsible for covering 100 percent of any medical expenses for the child that are not covered by insurance. Alfallah has been granted primary physical custody of Roman, while Pacino will have visitation rights. However, the details regarding holidays and schooling schedules were not specified in the documents.

In addition to his child support obligations, Pacino also agreed to cover Alfallah's attorney fees, which could amount to $20,000. This agreement was made after Alfallah initially sought full physical custody of their child in September. At that time, Alfallah expressed her desire for Pacino to have reasonable visitation rights and for them to jointly share legal custody of their child, Roman.

Alfallah submitted a "voluntary declaration of parentage" in September, signed six days after the arrival of Roman in June, conclusively establishing Pacino as the biological father of the baby.

Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah were first romantically linked in April 2022 when they were seen leaving a restaurant together in Venice, California. Their relationship took an exciting turn in May when Pacino's representative confirmed that they were expecting their first child together. Prior to this, Pacino had a daughter named Julie Marie in 1989 with Jan Tarrant, and he also has twins named Anton James and Olivia Rose, born in 2001 with Beverly D'Angelo.

"It holds a unique significance. It always has. I have several children, but this one holds a truly exceptional place in my heart, especially given the timing," Pacino shared with the Daily Mail in June following the birth of Roman.

Even amidst their child support and custody dispute, Pacino's representative clarified to Us that the couple remains in a relationship. "Al and Noor have effectively collaborated and have reached mutual agreements concerning their child, Roman," the spokesperson affirmed.
