Zendaya channeled her inner Naomi Campbell as she recreated one of Campbell's iconic modeling moments during Paris Fashion Week on October 2. In a video shared on Instagram by Zendaya's stylist, Law Roach, the 27-year-old actress struck a pose in an elevator, elegantly holding a vintage Louis Vuitton Theda PM handbag. This very purse was previously modeled by Campbell in the fashion house's spring/summer 2004 ad campaign.

Zendaya even sported the exact gold puff-sleeve top that Campbell wore for the shoot. In contrast to Campbell's choice of gold underwear, Zendaya went for low-waisted blue jeans.

Roach, 45, captioned the social media carousel with the words, "Giving a little @Naomi this Monday afternoon," along with a picture of Campbell's throwback ad. The carousel also included images of the top and bag from Louis Vuitton's Spring/Summer 2004 collection.

The post grabbed Campbell's attention, prompting her to express her admiration with several red heart emojis. Marc Jacobs, who was the creative director of Louis Vuitton during Campbell's campaign, also chimed in. "This has truly brightened my day," commented the esteemed designer. (Jacobs, who is now 60, held the position of creative director at Louis Vuitton from 1997 to 2014.)

Zendaya turned heads at the Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2024 runway show on Monday, sporting a stunning ensemble that showcased her fashion prowess. After the event, the Dune actress emerged in a striking white gown that exuded elegance and sophistication. The focal point of the outfit was its plunging neckline, which featured a convenient zip-up design. Accentuating the glamorous look were gold chain straps and a gracefully cascading train, transforming Zendaya into a mesmerizing vision reminiscent of a goddess.

She adorned herself with metallic jewelry and styled her brunette hair in a sleek, straight manner. To enhance her appearance, she applied a rosy blush, defined her eyebrows, wore a pink lipstick, and accentuated her eyes with bold lashes. To finalize her ensemble, Zendaya sported a delicate pink manicure.

In April, Zendaya was announced as the new brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton. Alongside this exciting news, Louis Vuitton launched a captivating campaign to showcase their iconic Capucines bag, featuring Zendaya. Captured by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Zendaya elegantly showcased the renowned handbag, which was introduced in 2013 and named after Rue Neuve-des-Capucines, the street in Paris where Louis Vuitton established his inaugural store in 1854.

In one photo, Zendaya paired the accessories with a tight-fitting black mini dress, while in another, she wore a white zip-up ensemble. To complete her look, Zendaya let her golden locks flow down her back and sported a fresh, dewy makeup look courtesy of Antoinette Hill.

Aside from her association with Louis Vuitton, Zendaya also acts as a brand ambassador for Bulgari, alongside Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Anne Hathaway.
