Zac Efron flaunted his toned body aboard a luxurious yacht in France.

The 35-year-old actor indulged in a relaxing escapade in Saint-Tropez on Sunday, July 9th, as he effortlessly rode a jet ski in the sparkling waters, sporting stylish dark blue swim shorts. In snapshots capturing this rare excursion, Efron's well-defined six-pack abs were showcased as he lounged under the sun's rays with his companions.

After completing his upcoming wrestling film "The Iron Claw" in November 2022, Efron has chosen to maintain a low profile until his next project. However, during this period, he made headlines when he addressed speculations about undergoing plastic surgery. In a Men's Health interview in September 2022, Efron revealed that his swollen face in the previous year was a result of fracturing his jaw after an unfortunate slip in his house, causing his chin to collide with a granite fountain.

“The masseters just grew,” he said at the time, referring to the muscles in his face which are used for chewing. “They just got really, really big.”

Reflecting on the buzz on social media, Efron additionally opened up about the physical toll his Baywatch role exacted on him. "I began experiencing insomnia and endured a severe bout of depression for an extended period," he shared regarding his preparations for the 2017 film. "There was something about that experience that left me completely drained. I struggled immensely to regain my balance."

Efron further expressed, "Achieving that Baywatch appearance may not be realistic as there is a lack of hydration in the skin. It appears artificial, almost computer-generated. This necessitated the use of Lasix, a potent diuretic. Personally, I do not feel the need to go through that. I prefer to maintain an additional 2 to 3 percent body fat."

Efron's doctors discovered that he had been consuming excessive diuretics, resulting in a negative impact on his health. However, he mentioned that he was recovering well after six months of completing the filming of Baywatch, where he starred alongside Dwayne Johnson and Alexandra Daddario.

In recent times, Efron has been pleasantly surprising his followers by sharing endearing pictures of his younger siblings. Just last month, the acclaimed actor posted a video of himself attending a Circus Vargas show with his 3-year-old sister Olivia and baby brother Henry.
