The 81st Golden Globes will be held this Sunday in Los Angeles, marking the unofficial start of a new and distinct awards season. The show will be hosted by comedian Jo Koy and broadcast live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.

"Barbie" and "Oppenheimer" lead the film categories with nine and eight nominations respectively, solidifying last year's "Barbenheimer" phenomenon. In television, the final season of HBO's "Succession" tops the list with nine nominations.
