A player became the first to reach level 60 in World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore servers, despite the constant threat of permanent death. They shared their achievement on Twitch, and the clip quickly went viral among the World of Warcraft community. Other players congratulated them for their dedication. Hardcore servers in World of Warcraft Classic have a unique feature of permanent death, where even a single unfortunate encounter with a wild animal or a fall can end the game. However, Blizzard has offered a solution by allowing dead Hardcore characters to transfer to Classic Era servers for continued progression. Despite the risks, this player fearlessly conquered the challenges and reached the pinnacle of World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore.

A player named Vitochie from the Defias Pillager server in World of Warcraft Classic has achieved the remarkable feat of being the first to reach level 60 in Hardcore mode. Vitochie documented this milestone on their Twitch stream, and a clip capturing the exhilarating moment of their final level-up has gone viral, accumulating over 54K views. For their Hardcore journey, Vitochie selected the Gnome Mage class with Frost as their chosen specialization. In contrast to most Hardcore players who prioritize single-target damage, Vitochie took a riskier route by focusing on enhancing the power of their Blizzard spell. This allowed them to swiftly defeat multiple enemies and consequently earn experience points at a slightly faster rate.

However, risking death, both in Classic and Dragonflight, is inherent in pulling multiple enemies in World of Warcraft. Despite this danger, Vitochie managed to avoid being among the first 100K characters to die within the initial day of Hardcore Classic. Vitochie primarily focused on exploring the open world and employed a combination of spells, including Blizzard, Flamestrike, Arcane Explosion, Frost Nova, and Cone of Cold, to hinder enemies while gradually depleting their health. The final level-up occurred in Stormwind Keep after completing a quest that granted Vitochie the necessary experience points to reach level 60.

Upon achieving this feat, a gathering of WoW players applauded and praised Vitochie for their dedication and resourcefulness, both within the game and through Twitch chat. However, the long-term support for Hardcore World of Warcraft Classic remains uncertain, given that only four servers were available at its launch.

World of Warcraft is available now for PC.
