There are nine episodes in What If…? Season 2 and they will be released in a very unique way.

The upcoming second season of What If...? will debut a new episode each day for nine days, wrapping up before the start of the new year. This marks a departure from Marvel Studios' usual release schedule, which typically involves weekly releases like WandaVision and Loki, or dropping an entire series at once, as they plan to do with the upcoming Hawkeye spin-off series Echo.
