Warzone 2 DMZ: Mastering the Flight Risk Challenge

Warzone 2 implemented a range of Faction Missions, including the Non-discriminatory and Flight Risk missions. These missions entail players completing a sequence of tasks. Flight Risk, classified as a Tier 2 Redaction mission, requires players to search, gather, and utilize multiple new items on the Al Mazrah map.

Completing this mission proves to be a formidable challenge in Warzone 2's DMZ mode, as many players struggle to locate the necessary objects. Nonetheless, successfully accomplishing the task is vital for earning 10,000 XP and a Double XP Token.

What Are the Objectives of the Warzone 2 Flight Risk Mission?

There are 3 objectives in this mission:

Find and acquire Heavy Chopper Fuel.

Refuel the Heavy Chopper.

Exfiltrate with the heavy chopper from Al-Mazrah.

Players can only complete the Flight Risk Mission in Al Mazrah.

How to Complete the Flight Risk Mission

To complete the Warzone 2 Flight Risk challenge, players must first obtain Heavy Chopper Fuel, which is necessary to refuel the Heavy Chopper in the second objective. The Heavy Chopper Fuel can be found in various locations on Al Mazrah, with the most common spots being the cargo train, the Al-Malik Airport control tower hangar, and the destroyed Zaya Observatory. However, it's important to note that the cargo train is a popular area for players due to the abundance of loot, so caution and speed are advised when retrieving the fuel (as there is only one canister available in the train). Additionally, be aware that Al-Malik is heavily guarded by AI, so encountering other operators is a possibility.

Once the fuel has been obtained, it should be used to refuel the Heavy Chopper. Locate the Heavy Chopper on the tactical map and proceed to its location. Typically, it is found at one of the docks in Hafid Port, but it's important to remember that there is only one Heavy Chopper available in each deployment. Therefore, if a player is unable to locate it, they will need to try again in another deployment. It's worth mentioning that there have been complaints about players camping in the area of the Heavy Chopper to target fellow operators, but Call of Duty has made some adjustments to address this issue.

After locating the chopper, proceed to board it and refuel by utilizing the fuel obtained in step one (triggering the refueling process when hovering over the fuel). With the Heavy Chopper now replenished, players can now accomplish the third and final objective. To extract the Heavy Chopper from Al Mazrah, assume control and navigate the aircraft towards the out-of-bounds area as indicated by the red borders on the tac map. Once this has been achieved, the Flight Risk Mission will be successfully concluded, awarding players with 10,000 XP and a Double XP Token.

As a Gen Z fan, I am excited about the new Warzone 2 DMZ mode and the Flight Risk challenge. I think it's a great way to add more variety to the game and give players something new to strive for. I'm also impressed with the level of detail that has gone into the mission, from the realistic locations to the challenging objectives.

I think the Flight Risk challenge is a perfect example of the kind of content that Gen Z gamers are looking for. It's challenging, but not impossible, and it requires players to use a variety of skills to succeed. I also appreciate the fact that the mission can be completed in a variety of ways, giving players the freedom to choose their own approach.

Overall, I think the Flight Risk challenge is a great addition to Warzone 2 DMZ. It's a challenging and rewarding mission that is sure to appeal to Gen Z gamers. I can't wait to see what other challenges the developers have in store for us in the future.
