Ally Lewber, a star on Vanderpump Rules, believes that sharing a bed with her boyfriend James Kennedy is like a dream come true.
"We love our sleeping arrangements. Every night, we cuddle up in bed with our dog Hippie," Ally, 28, shared exclusively with We on Tuesday, April 23. This comes after an episode aired revealing they had been sleeping in separate rooms due to their pets. "Having our nightly routine is truly the highlight of my day."
Fans were delighted earlier this season when James, 32, was reunited with the dog he used to share with his ex Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. James decided to rename the dog Hippie.
Ally, who already has two cats, was a bit hesitant at first about taking care of the dog. However, she has now fully embraced being a dog owner. “I have a completely different feeling now,” Ally expressed. “He is like my baby, I love him so much, and I am absolutely obsessed with him.”
Ally and James enjoy snuggling with their cat Banks and Hippie in bed. Ally shared with Us that Hippie now sleeps in Banks' spot, which initially made her feel bad for her cats during filming. However, now Banks and Hippie have become friends, much to Ally's relief.
Ally mentioned that their cat Bodhi is still a bit hesitant about having another furry companion. She explained that Bodhi tends to follow Banks' lead in everything, so she is not too concerned. Overall, Ally is happy with the current dynamic among their pets.

Ally and James’ relationship appears to be going well currently. However, viewers saw them facing challenges with Hippie’s plans for their trip to her friend’s wedding.
During the episode, VPR co-star Lala Kent mentioned that James seemed to be the priority in their relationship. Ally admitted that she also felt this way at that moment.
Ally remembered how Lala's comment made her realize something. She admitted, "I realized that I had made some compromises. All I wanted was for him to attend the wedding. So, yeah, I understood her point of view at that moment. But I also saw where he was coming from."
Speaking about her relationship with James, whom she has been dating since January 2022, Ally mentioned that they are good at being there for each other. She shared, "He supports me with my music, helps me with that, and even appears in my music videos. So, I believe we support each other equally."
Ally shared that she and James are “on the same page” about their future, but with potentially different timelines. "He wants kids. I know he wants marriage," Ally said. She added, "I’m not in a huge rush where I think he just takes everything. He’s quick, he’s quick moving, and I’m a little more slow paced. When it happens, it happens, but he is understanding."
Ally expressed her happiness about her career in Astrology and mentioned that James is very busy. She also mentioned that they haven't found the time for that next chapter in their lives yet. They have discussed it more and are both in agreement.
Vanderpump Rules airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET and is available to stream on Peacock the next day.
